Before you come
- Arrive 20–30 min early. Parking fills up — try the lot by Jamba Juice or Paris Baguette, two blocks down. There's no late entry.
- Bring water, a mat and a towel. Renting either is $3.50. Showers and lockers are on site.
- Wear less than you think. Our heated rooms run 95–107°F.
