These terms cover bookings made on yogalab.fit and the Yoga Lab text-message program. Yoga Lab LLC, doing business as Yoga Lab, is a yoga and fitness studio at 1685 Metro Ave #100, Chula Vista, CA 91915 — info@YogaLabSD.com · (619) 875-9642. By booking a class or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.

Introductory offers

• The $10 first class and the $39 two-week unlimited pass are for new clients only, one per person, and are paid at the front desk. The two-week pass covers unlimited classes for 14 days starting with your first class and is available to San Diego–area residents only.
• Offers have no cash value and can't be combined with other discounts. Arrive 20–30 minutes before class — for safety there is no late entry to heated classes.

SMS / text-message program

When you book on this site you can separately opt in to two kinds of text messages from Yoga Lab, using two optional checkboxes that are never pre-selected:

• Booking texts (non-marketing): your booking confirmation, class reminders, and check-in help — including a short follow-up asking how your class went.
• Marketing texts: occasional special offers, discounts, and service updates, such as class-pass and membership offers.

Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. Message frequency may vary: booking texts arrive around your visit (typically 2–4 messages per booking), and marketing texts are occasional (typically no more than 4–6 per month).

You can cancel the SMS service at any time — just reply STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again on the booking form or ask at the front desk. The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Bookings and studio rules

Your confirmation code reserves your spot; payment is taken at the front desk. Class schedules and teachers can change. Heated classes run 95–107°F — practice at your own pace, and consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.

General

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by California law. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: info@YogaLabSD.com.
