Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Yoga Lab LLC, doing business as Yoga Lab ("we", "us"), collects on our booking pages at yogalab.fit, how we use it, and the choices you have. Yoga Lab is a yoga and fitness studio located at 1685 Metro Ave #100, Chula Vista, CA 91915. You can reach us at info@YogaLabSD.com or (619) 875-9642.

What we collect

Information you give us when you book a class: your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address (optional), whether you've visited before, the class you picked, and — if you choose to — your consent to receive text messages.
Usage information about how the booking page is used: pages and steps viewed, scrolling and timing, device and browser type, and advertising click identifiers (such as UTM parameters or a Meta click ID) when you arrive from an ad. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising.

Cookies & tracking

We use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies, to measure our advertising, and we use browser storage (localStorage) to remember your device between visits and any in-progress booking. Our own usage analytics record how the page is used — steps viewed, scrolling, timing and field-interaction counts — while the information you type is collected only when you submit the form. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time; the booking form works either way.

How we use it

To hold your class booking and check you in at the front desk.
To send you the text messages you specifically consented to (see below).
To email your booking confirmation, if you gave us an email address.
To measure and improve this page and our advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

Our booking form offers two separate, optional consents, and neither box is ever pre-checked: (1) non-marketing texts about your booking — confirmation, class reminders, and check-in help — and (2) marketing texts about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Booking a class never requires agreeing to either. Message frequency may vary and message & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or text HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this service — such as web hosting and the customer-communication platform that delivers the messages you consented to — and only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

How we protect your information

This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Booking data is stored on access-controlled servers, and access is limited to the staff who need it to run the studio. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your personal information and limit what we collect to what the service needs.

Retention

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the studio and meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see your rights below).

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To make a request, email info@YogaLabSD.com or ask at the front desk — we'll verify your identity and respond within the time the law allows.

Changes to this policy
